Questions we hear
Can you use ChatGPT for dental narratives?
Not with patient information unless the plan you are on is covered by a Business Associate Agreement, and that depends on the plan's current terms. Either way, the notes go to a third party. A workstation in your office drafts the same narrative without any of it leaving the building. We sign a BAA.
Does it make clinical decisions?
No. The tools we build are for paperwork and communication: narratives, appeals, letters, intake and search. Clinical decisions stay with the dentist, who reviews every draft before it goes out.
Does it work with our practice management software?
Most offices start with the exports and folders their software already produces: PDFs, scans, spreadsheets and email. A live connection to practice management software, when it earns its place, is part of the written scope.
