Private AI for the offices that cannot upload their files

Same build underneath. Different vocabulary, different paperwork, different things that must not leave the building.

We reply within one business day.

Every office on this list has the same problem in a different costume: the files that would be most useful to an AI tool are exactly the files that must not be pasted into one. A privileged matter file, a patient chart, a signed contract.

So the answer is the same one every time. The model runs on a machine in your office, pointed at your own documents, and nothing is sent to ModelSide or to a public AI service. What changes page to page is the paperwork, the vocabulary and which build is worth doing first.

We sign an NDA as a matter of course. For medical and dental practices we also sign a Business Associate Agreement.

Who we build for

If your field is not on this list

These four have pages because they are the offices that call most often, not because they are the only ones we work with. Paid work so far also covers a 47th Street jewelry business, funding and finance companies, construction firms and lead-generation businesses.

If the work involves documents your office cannot upload, the nearest page above is usually still the right read. Otherwise start from the situation and skip the industry framing entirely.

Or start from the build

The six things we build, described without the industry vocabulary.

Tell us what's slowing your office down

On the call we tell you whether a local setup fits your field and what we would build first. If it does not fit, we say so.
