Custom AI builds for the tool that does not exist yet
When the tool you need does not exist, we scope it on a call, write a fixed-price plan and build it.
We reply within one business day.
Sometimes the problem does not fit a product. An office with its own way of tracking inventory. A review process nobody sells software for. Bid documents that look like nothing else. We build custom AI software for small businesses in New York and beyond. That means local models, automations and connections to the software you already use, built around how your office works.
The rule is simple. If it involves your data and a computer, ask. On a free 20-minute call we listen to the problem and tell you plainly whether a build makes sense. If it does, we say what we would build first, and you get a written fixed-price scope before any work starts. No hourly billing.
What we build runs on hardware you own or in accounts you control, and we hand it over with documentation.
Who this is for
- Owners who have looked for software that does the thing and found nothing that fits.
- Businesses with data they cannot put in a public AI tool but a process that AI could clearly help.
- Offices that have tried a generic tool and now want one that follows their rules.
- Companies whose work lives in a mix of spreadsheets, email, scans and one old system that cannot be replaced.
- Anyone with a clear, repetitive task who just needs it built.
What you get
- A written fixed-price scope: what the tool does, what it does not do, how it is tested and when it is delivered.
- Local models for reading, summarizing, drafting or classifying your data on hardware you own.
- Automations that move information between the tools you already use, by export, API or browser automation.
- A simple interface for the people who will use it, or none at all if it should just run.
- Testing with your real data before handover, and a walkthrough for staff.
- Documentation and optional ongoing support, remote or on-site, scoped in writing.
How it works
- 1Call
On a free 20-minute call you describe the problem and we say whether a build makes sense.
- 2Scope
We write a fixed-price scope with what the tool does, how it is tested and the delivery date.
- 3Build
We build it in stages you can see, on hardware you own or accounts you control. We test it with your real data.
- 4Support
We hand it over with documentation, then keep it working as your business changes.
How your data stays private
We build around your data without moving it. Models run on hardware you own, automations run in accounts you control, and nothing is sent to ModelSide or any cloud. An NDA is signed before we see anything confidential. Where the build is for a medical or dental practice, one more commitment applies. Built to support your HIPAA obligations: patient data is processed on hardware you own, nothing is sent to ModelSide or any cloud, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement. Testing is done on your machine, not on copies kept elsewhere.
Questions we hear
How do we know if our idea is a good fit?
Describe it on the call. If a product already does it well, we say so and send you there. If a local model or an automation fits, we describe the first version and why we would start there.
What does a custom build cost?
It is priced the same way as everything else. First a free 20-minute call, then a written fixed-price scope for the build, and after that optional ongoing support. No hourly billing, and the scope names the price before any work starts.
What kinds of businesses have you built for?
Medical practices, a jewelry business in the 47th Street diamond district, funding and finance companies, construction firms and lead-generation businesses. If yours is not on that list, the call is where we find out.
What happens after delivery?
You get documentation and a walkthrough. Ongoing support is optional and scoped in writing, remote or on-site, with no fixed tiers.
